A Watershed Supervisor is responsible for motivating the land owners, supervising the erection of land treatments, measuring and organizing the payments for the same. Record maintenance and support to the watershed committee on day to day basis is also taken care by him/her.

A Watershed Engineer is responsible for preparing a participatory net plan to define the soil conservation treatments in the watershed as well as water harvesting structures.
